About This Site

My name is Mark Lewis. I am a real person (as opposed to a marketing company) that has suffered from low testosterone levels for several years. At 38 years old, I have now been actively managing this condition for the past 4 years, and the difference in my quality of life has been simply incredible.

I don’t have a ‘miracle cure’ to sell you. I don’t have any magic pills with a ‘30 day money back guarantee’. I am also not linked with any pharmaceutical company, in fact I intend to talk as much crap about ‘big pharma’ as I can without getting sued.

What I do have is some links to research, some information on my own experience, and my perspective on the issue having researched low testosterone levels at length and discussed it with everyone from endocrinologists to professional bodybuilders.

Apologies that it is taking me so long to get my content up – I can only find time for an article every one or two days. I hope to have some guest bloggers (including medical doctors) in the near future.

Oh, and apologies for all the ads on the site. I make literally a couple of cents when people click on them, and that pays to keep the site running. Thanks!

Thanks Jeff! I really appreciate the feedback.

Sorry that it takes me so long to get new articles up right now. Life is kinda hectic right now. I’m seriously thinking about creating more of a ‘community based’ site where we can all help each other out in addition to this site, maybe a forum.

More to come on this in the coming weeks…..

Thanks. I appreciate your efforts. This site is a great resource for someone just diagnosed with low testosterone. I am trying to find the article where you discuss how you overcame this yourself. Did you use hormone replacement or were ZMA, diet, and exercise enough?

I want to treat this, especially for the brain fog you discussed, but also all the other problems it has caused me. I am hesitant to take more drugs though as drugs (SSRIs) for me at least were what caused this problem in the first place.

Hi Mark,

I’m 53 and seen the adds about LowT and thought I look it up on the web. I found your site and liked it, thanks. I started running at age 50, but this year I feel like I am not recovering after workouts and need some kind of help. I am going to set up a doctors appointment to check it out. This week I started taking vitamins called “Animal Pak” a pack of 11 vitamins each morning? Its 60 cents a day and I am hoping it will help. I look forward to reading your articles and learning more about low testosterone and hormone replacement.

Thanks,
Mark Mooney
